Who are some of your clients?
We have completed projects for large and small organizations in both the public and private sectors. Visit our client list for a partial listing of our client engagements.What information will Expert Access need to refer me to the right resource?
We work to develop custom solutions for you, based on your unique needs. We'll therefore need to learn as much as we can about your project or program objectives to partner with you effectively. In our initial telephone conversation or in-person meeting with you we'll ask:
- What are your objectives?
- What outcomes are you looking for?
- What deliverables do you expect?
- What's your time-frame and budget?
- What kind of industry/consulting experience does the consultant need to have?
How much notice do I need to give you when I’m looking for a consultant?
We prefer 2 weeks notice, when possible. This gives us time to contact our people and assess their availability. We understand, however, that there will be times when you need consultants on short notice and we’ll do our best to help you launch your program or project within your limited time-frame.What makes Expert Access unique?
