Patricia Schneider, President, Expert Access, LLC

Pat Schneider, founder and president of Expert Access, and its parent company, InterAct, has been a consultant and leader in management, organization development and leadership development for over twenty-five years.  Pat has provided services in change management, team building, high performance strategy development, project management and resource brokering to a variety of client industries.  Her international assignments include work in Austria, Denmark, Germany, Holland and the U.K.

As an expansion of InterAct’s consulting-based service into a comprehensive outsourcing resource, Expert Access is the solution for the selection of best-in-class resources from today’s proliferous and often overwhelming pool of independent consultants.  The service begins by clearly identifying and analyzing our clients’ outsourcing needs and then carefully matching them to the expertise and availability of a pre-screened professional from the Expert Access consortium.  Project parameters and fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing any work.  Since consultants reduce their fees to us, there are no additional charges for our services.  Our clients tell us that our service exceeds their expectations in time saved, in securing the highest quality professionals for their resourcing needs and in the responsive, professional customer service that is our hallmark. 

We are pleased to add that in June of ‘06 we were recognized by Johnson and Johnson’s School of Personal and Professional Development as a valued partner and received an award for excellence in providing consulting resources to them.

Pat Schneider has a BA in Sociology and an MS in Organizational Behavior (Fordham University).  Certified in the MBTI, she has participated in numerous external development programs including the Innovative Team Work Program, Synectics, the Ned Herrmann Whole Brain Certification Program and Targeted Innovation (The Center for Creative Leadership).  Pat has also been a keynote speaker and workshop presenter at colleges, universities and national conferences; and in 1986 won the Mayor's Community Service Award for her work in Organization Development for the City of Stamford, CT.
